Who We are
A neighborhood practice, not a chain
Fine Dental Care sits in a low office building on Dairy Ashford, a few minutes off I-10. Most of the people who walk through the door live within a couple of miles of it — families from Nottingham Forest and Wilchester, engineers from the office parks along Eldridge, and a steady stream of patients who drive in from Katy because their old dentist retired.
The practice is built around a simple idea: keep as much treatment as possible in one building. A patient who needs an implant shouldn't have to be referred to a surgeon on the other side of the loop, then sent back for the crown, dealing with two sets of records and two sets of fees. Dr. Gandhi handles the surgical side here, Dr. Rosario handles the restorative side here, and the case never leaves the building.
That's also why the treatment list runs as wide as it does — general and children's dentistry, emergencies, implants, root canals, wisdom teeth, Invisalign, crowns and veneers. Seven areas of care, one address, one team who knows your history.
The other thing worth saying plainly: we work in English and Spanish, all the way through. Not just at the front desk, but for the examination, the consent conversation and the aftercare instructions — the parts where getting it right actually matters.

Dr. Rosario leads the everyday work that keeps a family's teeth healthy — exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns and the long-term planning that stops small problems turning into expensive ones.
Among patients he's known for taking the fear out of the chair. A good share of the people he sees arrive having avoided a dentist for years, and the first appointment is usually spent explaining rather than treating.

Dr. Kavan Gandhi, DDS
Surgical & cosmetic dentistry
Dr. Gandhi covers the surgical and cosmetic side of the practice — dental implants from a single tooth to a full arch, extractions and wisdom teeth, veneers and smile design.
Because he places implants in-house, cases that would normally mean a referral to an oral surgeon stay right here on Dairy Ashford. He also handles the bone grafting and sinus lifts that some implant cases need first.
He treats in both English and Spanish.

Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–2pm, with same-day slots held back for emergencies.

Comprehensive exam and X-rays
About 30 Minutes
A full examination and a complete set of digital X-rays, including a look at the gums, the bite and anything that might cause trouble in a year or two rather than today.
A cleaning, where it's appropriate
Same Visit
Most new patients have their cleaning on the same day. If the gums need deeper treatment first, we'll explain why rather than polishing over the problem.

Insurance & payment
Three ways to pay for treatment
Most PPO insurance is accepted. Send us your details when you book and we'll verify your benefits before the appointment, so you know what's covered before you're in the chair.
No insurance? Our in-house membership plan is $399 a year for adults and $299 for children under 14. It covers two exams, two cleanings, routine X-rays, fluoride and an emergency exam, plus set member pricing on treatment — with no waiting periods, no deductibles and no annual maximum.
Bigger cases can be financed. We offer payment plans for qualifying patients, and the pre-qualification application won't affect your credit score.

Where exactly is Fine Dental Care?

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, for all ages. You can book online at any hour or call (281) 809-3595 during office hours. New patients start with a comprehensive exam, a full set of digital X-rays and, in most cases, a cleaning on the same visit.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Closed Sundays. We hold slots back each day for emergencies.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Both dentists and the front-desk team work in English and Spanish, through the whole appointment — examination, consent and aftercare instructions included.
Which insurance do you accept?
Most PPO plans. Send us your details when you book and we'll verify your benefits before you arrive, so you know what's covered ahead of time. If you don't have insurance, our in-house membership plan gives you preventive care and set treatment pricing for one annual fee.
Do you see children?
Yes — general and family dentistry covers every age in the household, from a child's first cleaning onwards. Our membership plan also has a reduced rate for children under 14.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
A large share of our patients arrive having avoided dental care for years, so this is normal ground for us rather than an exception. First appointments are usually spent explaining rather than treating, and sedation options are available for surgical work. You can stop and ask questions at any point.
